Returns & Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with UK consumer law.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in original condition

Items must not have been installed or used in a cage

Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
We reserve the right to reduce a refund if the item shows signs of use or handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

Non-Returnable Items

Faults, Damage & Issues
All items must be checked upon delivery.
